Pool access here is mostly a per-building amenity, same as anywhere in Dubai. District One's Crystal Lagoon is the one community-scale exception, and it's a different kind of amenity — not a bigger pool.
Building pools
Standard across apartment buildings in Riviera and Sobha Hartland, common in Meydan's mid-rise blocks too — see Riviera's own pools page for what's typical there. Villa communities like District One more often carry private pools per unit instead.
